Lors de notre récent périple au Schumacher College, nous avons découvert une nouvelle pratique de méditation, un voyage méditatif au pays des sons, animé par Faze, ancien élève du Schumacher College. 
Nous profitons donc de son passage à Bruxelles pour proposer une nouvelle session de "gong meditation" en petit comité.
Nous vous remercions d'être présent à 18h15 au plus tard pour avoir le temps de vous installer. Merci de prendre avec vous un tapis de yoga (la méditation se fait couché).
La méditation commencera à 18h30 précises. Nous éteindrons les téléphones et débrancherons la sonnette pour profiter de la séance.
Prenez vos précautions pour être bien à l'heure !
Après la session, nous vous proposons de partager un petit thé agrémenté de quelques petites douceurs sucrées que nous vous laissons nous apporter si le coeur vous en dit (auberge espagnole).
Faze étant anglophone, il animera la séance en anglais, mais pas besoin de parler anglais pour profiter des bienfaits de ce voyage hors du commun.
